Police are seeking public assistance, after a 12-year-old girl was approached at Muswellbrook in the Hunter Valley.
It’s understood the girl was walking along Glenbawn Place just before 8 o’clock on Friday morning, when a man started following her.
The girl was followed for several streets before the man ran to a waiting car on Dangar Road, jumping into the passenger seat.
The car is described as being an older model Commodore sedan, with dark window tint and was of a blue/green colour.
