COUNCIL CONSIDERS PENSIONER CHANGES

Lismore Council will tonight consider changes to how it recovers unpaid rates from pensioners.

Currently, those who fall behind on payments are let off scot free…with lost fees reaching the million dollar mark in the past five years.
