A collection of clothing, stories and styles of Clarence Valley women has gone on display at the Grafton Gallery.
The captivating fashions of yesteryear are drawn from the private collection of Grafton woman, Kathy Smith.
Among the stylish gowns, some of which were designed by Carla Zampatti, are clothes worn by polished racegoers Helen Pullen and Heather Brown.
The exhibition has been staged to run alongside Grafton’s racing carnival which gets underway next month.
