A jury hearing a high profile murder case in Tamworth has been dismissed after just one day of evidence.
Troy Jason Ruttley is on trial in the Tamworth Supreme Court for the murder of Tamworth mum Johann Morgan, who went missing in 2015.
Justice Anthony Payne says he was reluctant to dismiss the jury, after an issue was raised by a juror overnight, but says he had no choice.
A new jury is expected to be empanelled on Monday.
