A man is due to face court today on drugs charges.
Around 11:45pm yesterday, police were patrolling Lagoons Circuit in Nelson Bay, when they spoke to a man standing beside a car.
Police say they found a large plastic resealable bag with a white crystal substance, believed to be ‘ice’, a short distance from the vehicle.
Police seized the plastic bag and the man, aged 46, was charged with supply prohibited drug and breach of bail.
