Police have seized a white Holden Commodore they believe may be linked to the death of Iluka man Aaron Marks at Ballina earlier this month.
38-year-old Marks was found unconscious on a footpath on River Street in the early hours of May 13, and died in hospital several days later.
As part of an ongoing investigation a white Holden Commodore was seized on Thursday, and has undergone forensic examination.
