CALLINAN EDGES INTO US OPEN ROUND THREE

Merewether’s Ryan Callinan has advanced to the third round of the men’s US Open event after finishing runner-up in his heat this morning.
He scored some early fours, but saved his best for his last two waves.
A five point five was backed up by a six point four, as Callinan scraped through in second.
