Plans that would see Kempsey Showground become a centre for regional equestrian events have been put to council by the administrator of the site.
It’s also hoped access to the vacant block of land next to the showground will be gained to expand facilities for caravans and grey nomads passing through.
Improvements to the canteen, dining halls and stables were also put forward, as part of a plan to attract more visitors to the town.
