A young boy has been treated in hospital after being bitten by a snake at Coraki over the weekend.
8 year old Tyler Worboy had been waterskiing with family on Saturday when what’s thought to be a brown snake bit him.
Paramedics transported the youngster to Lismore Base Hospital, where he was given anti-venom and monitored overnight.
He was discharged late yesterday afternoon.
