Police have praised the majority of schoolies celebrating in Byron Bay over the past two weeks.
More than 10,000 school leavers visited the area, but police reported only a small number of incidents.
There were 57 drug detections, including 38 cannabis cautions.
28 were caught drink-driving, another four drug-driving.
While there were nine schoolies related assaults.
