TAGGART RETURNS HOME

Former Newcastle Jets striker Adam Taggart is returning to his home club, signing with Perth Glory for the next two and a half years.

The move comes as the 22-year-old Socceroos player returns from an 18 month stint at Fulham FC in the English Championship and Dundee United in the Scottish Premier League.

Taggart previously played for Glory between 2010 -12, before making a name for himself in Newcastle.

Under FIFA rules, Taggart will not be eligible to play for Glory for the remainder of this current season because he has already played for two clubs in the one year, but he’ll start training tomorrow.
