A man aged in his 20s has been airlifted to Sydney for emergency surgery, after being shot in the face at a Central Coast hotel.
It happened during an altercation at Mantra Ettalong Beach this afternoon.
Paramedics rushed the injured man to Gosford Hospital before he was transferred by helicopter.
His injuries are not life threatening.
