Police are appealing for information following an aggravated break in at Armidale early this morning.
Around 4am, two men armed with a spade and tyre lever forced their way into an Allingham Street home, where they demanded money from a 78 year old woman and 80 year old man.
The men, who’s faces were covered, stole cash and jewellery before leaving the scene.
The first man is described as 175-180cm tall, of medium build, wearing dark clothing.
The second man is described as 175-180cm tall, of thin build, wearing dark clothing.
