SUSPECTED GANG MEMBER CHARGED FOR ALLEGEDLY INTIMIDATING RMS OFFICERS

A 45-year-old man, believed to be a member of the Bandidos Outlaw Motorcycle Gang, has been charged for allegedly stalking and intimidating Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) inspectors.

It follows a number of inspections on a trucking company in the Wauchope area in September 2013 and April and March this year, where various notices and fines were issued.

Police searched a business on Commerce Street and seized a computer, mobile phone and documents.

The man was later arrested and will face charges at Port Macquarie Local Court in June.
