Newcastle’s well-known building, The Store has been confirmed to go back on the market.
Real estate agent, Colliers International has been appointed to sell the site by an investment bank in Singapore, that currently owns the building.
Earlier this week Premier Mike Baird said the government was considering buying the site, and incorporating it into plans for the Wickham Transport Interchange.
Expressions of interest will open on Monday.
