A 59-year-old male motorcyclist has died in hospital following a collision with a four wheel drive at Yarranbella, west of Macksville on Friday.
Police say the man was travelling south on William Hill Road when he collided with a north bound Toyota Landcruiser.
The 37-year-old driver of the car has undergone mandatory testing.
Police are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
