Tamworth Regional Council is urging residents to have their say on the latest Drought Management Plan review, which closes to the public on Friday afternoon.
An online survey was created to gauge how the community believes water should be managed in drought conditions.
Meetings have been held in Tamworth, Nundle, Manilla and Moonbi to discuss the current management practices.
The survey results will help form a new plan, which could see the trigger points for water restrictions changed.
