Emergency services are at the scene of a head-on crash at Campvale, where two women have been seriously injured.
The crash occurred just after 5pm on Richardson Road, near the Grahamstown Dam.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service has also been called out.
The road has been closed in both directions, with diversions available through Grahamstown, Nelson Bay and Medowie Roads.
