SECOND SKYDIVER LOSES HIS LIFE AFTER PARACHUTE COLLISION

World-renowned skydiver Michael Vaughan has lost his fight for life, after last Friday’s tragic accident at Byron Bay.

The 45-year-old’s parachute became entangled with 29-year-old Alana Clarke, who was also killed during the manoeuvre.

The resulting impact killed Ms Clarke instantly, while Mr Vaughan was airlifted to Gold Coast University Hospital where he passed away late yesterday, surrounded by his family.

Tributes have been flowing on social media for the Australian skydiver, who’s been described as “a legend among legends”.
