OVER 65’S WELLNESS CENTRE OPENS IN NEWCASTLE

Australia’s ageing population isn’t getting enough exercise, with recent surveys revealing three in every four elderly people are losing mobility.

Now, those in Newcastle will have a new place to get fit, with an over 65’s Wellness Centre opening on Wharf Road.

Services include exercise programs, tips on healthy eating, computers and social interaction.
