A $15-million state-of-the-art sport and community complex will soon be built at a new housing estate at Fletcher.
The facility will include two football fields, two tennis courts and two netball courts, as well as a community centre and children’s playground.
“There’s a lot of people moving to this area, it’s very central, it’s close to the freeway but still close to the city itself and it’s close to the valley.”
Construction will start in about two months.
