Parliamentary Secretary for Regional Health, Melinda Pavey, has been preselected as the Nationals candidate to contest the seat of Oxley at the state election.
It follows current member, Andrew Stoner’s announcement in October, he’ll retire from politics at the March election.
Ms Pavey has previously held a number of positions within government, including shadow minister for emergency services.
