A 42-year-old man will face court next month after he allegedly exposed himself to several families at the Newcastle Baths.
Police say a woman and her two young children were in the children’s pool area at around 4pm yesterday, when the man allegedly exposed himself and swam away.
It’s alleged he repeated this to a number of nearby families.
The man is due to face Newcastle Local Court on December 11.
