Police are looking for a man in his 40s who indecently assaulted a 16-year-old girl while she was walking to school near Lake Macquarie yesterday.
The girl was walking along Lonus Street at Whitebridge after 9.15am, when the man began walking behind her.
As she got closer to her school the man put his arm around her neck and indecently assaulted her.
The girl screamed and elbowed the man in the face and stomach before running to school.
The man has been described as being in his 40s with a chubby build, he was wearing a plain black hooded jumper, dark blue jeans and black joggers.
