Hundreds of keen collectors have today sifted through the trash come treasure at the Rotary Antiques and Collectables Fair in Alstonville.
“A whole range of things anything collectable really books, jewellery, heaps of jewellery here, so I’d suggest to most husbands leave your wives at home because it’s going to cost you a fortune” said Geoff Anderson from Alstonville Rotary.
Especially if this grand father clock from 1775 catches her eye – it costs a striking $10,000.
The fair and all its wares will re-open to the public at 10am tomorrow.
