There’s been another delay in the opening of the Margaret Olley Arts Centre at the Tweed Regional Gallery.
It was originally hoped it would be open by the end of the year, but construction delays pushed the time-frame out to February.
The $4.5-million project is now expected to be finished in March, but the gallery is remaining tight lipped about an exact date.
When complete, the centre will feature a recreation of the late artist’s Sydney studio an exhibition space and library.
