Now to some pictures just in, and a grass fire sparked an emergency and closed the Oxley Highway, west of Tamworth late this afternoon.
High voltage power lines fell, causing traffic to be diverted, or stopped.
The blaze has burned through around 25 hectares, with fire crews now controlling the flames.
The highway has since been reopened, and there is currently no threat to nearby properties.
