The youth of Byron Bay often make headlines, but today, it was time for the seniors to shine.
The town’s newly formed musical group, The Byron Elder Beats, took centre stage at the local Community Centre today, as part of Social Inclusion Week.

I am one of the drummers and have found that after 6 months of drumming I have regained movement in my extremely arthritic hands it has been like s miracle and can recommend it, wonderful people and have made great friends. We couldn’t achieve this it it wasn’t for our great teacher Gareth Jones, amazing.
