The annual Newcastle’s Special Children’s Christmas Party will turn 21 this year, with celebrations kicking off at 5pm tonight at the Entertainment Centre.
The party is held every year for children nominated by doctors, hospitals and other professional carers, who deserve some fun regardless of their physical or mental condition.
Almost 1400 children and their families are expected.
