A powerful line of storms rolled across the Northern Rivers crossing the border into south eastern QLD this afternoon.
While in Tamworth the humidity dropped below 10% and the sun dominated the Greater Hunter.
Tomorrow a change is going spread north along the coast and more wet weather is going to develop.
The wet weather is going to build on Saturday and start to spread further inland on Sunday into Monday delivering some follow up falls to the NW.
The forming low will then draw offshore taking the wet weather with it clearing by Tuesday.
