Today’s high temperatures, and ‘Very High’ bushfire danger rating predictions for the remainder of the week, have forced the suspension of fire permits across the New England.
It applies to all hazard reduction and pile-burning activities, with Guyra, Armidale, Walcha and Uralla local government areas affected.
