The body, believed to be that of a missing South Korean student, was found washed up on Safety beach this morning.
The 23-year-old went missing from Woolgoolga beach on Saturday afternoon after being caught in a rip.
A large scale land, sea and air search was conducted over several days but failed to find any trace of the man.
His 30-year-old friend, who was swimming with him at the time, was rescued.
