A 32-year-old man is facing three charges, including resisting arrest, over an incident at a Tamworth hotel.
Just before midnight, the man was allegedly being restrained by hotel staff out the front of the premises, when police asked him to move on.
Officers allege he then continued to verbally assault the hotel staff, prompting police to place him under arrest.
