CABARITA TEEN MISSES OUT ON TABLE TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIP

Brisbane’s Bruno Levis is the new North Coast Table Tennis Champion, defeating the Gold Coast’s Mark Goedeke (GUHD-EE-KIE) in the open men’s singles final in Lismore.

Defending champion Kane Townsend missed out on back-to-back titles after being knocked out in the semis.

But the Cabarita 18-year-old didn’t leave empty handed, taking home the under 21 crown.

Mark Goedeke also had a win with Naoya Yamamoto in the Open Doubles, defeating David Fielding and Kayla Coombs.
