A 36-year-old woman suffered serious burns to her arms and face after a gas bottle fire at the Halifax Park, holiday park at Port Stephens this morning.
The Westpac Rescue helicopter landed at the nearby Bill Strong Oval and flew the woman directly to Sydney’s Royal North Shore Hospital burns unit for treatment.
Her injuries are not considered life threatening.
