WEATHER UPDATE: RAIN FINALLY ON THE WAY

It has been a long time since a significant rain event made it’s way across the region. We finally have one ready to move through early next week.
Thursday will be another fine, dry Spring day. On Friday some cloud with only light patchy falls will move through as the first small low clears into the Tasman. Behind it a better system is set to be deeper drawing tropical moisture from the north helping to make it more of a rain event spreading across the Murray Darling food bowl with the best days being Monday and Tuesday for us. At this point totals are not expected to be big but the rain will be widespread. I’m expecting to the models to change over the next couple of days so I’ll be updating the development of this system each afternoon. We are at a point where the region is desperate for rain so let’s hope it stays on track.
