The Westpac Rescue Helicopter has flown a 19-month-old boy to hospital, after he was discovered with a venetian blind chord accidentally wrapped around his neck.
The toddler was found in a Port Stephens home at around 2:30 this afternoon.
He was reported to be in a critical condition on arrival at John Hunter Hospital.
