A three day music and arts event is set to descend on Byron Bay in time for New Years Eve.
The Falls Festival will be held at the North Byron Parklands site from the 31st of December as part of council’s Safe Summer and Cultural Activities strategy.
Council hopes that by providing revellers with something to do over the festive period, it will see a decline in alcohol fuelled violence and anti-social behaviour in town.
