I’ve moved to New England from Sydney. What I never expected was the number of mostly P plate hoons with absurdly (illegally) loud vehicles up here. They spoil the peace and quiet for the rest of us. Those vehicles would be issued with defect notices if they were in Sydney. I wish the authorities would enforce the laws regarding noise pollution instead of turning a deaf ear to it.
