Police have a found a possible murder weapon as they continue investigations into the stabbing murder of Gold Coast man Ron Livingstone in 2011.
The discovery was made in Hope Harbour marina where the 66 year old lived on his houseboat.
“Yes we have located a knife in the water, we are going to be taking that knife for the purpose of an examination.”
Mr Livingstone’s son is charged with his murder.
