An alleged outlaw motorcycle gang member has been arrested for allegedly bashing an on-duty lifeguard at Burleigh Heads last week.
Witnesses claim, while sitting in his truck, Phil Gregory was punched several times after arguing with a couple over their dog.
A 35 year old Miami man will front court next month.
