Raymond Terrace residents upset about shopping centre trolleys not being collected have taken matters into their own hands.
The group posted a sign urging shoppers to dump trolleys outside councillor Paul Le Mottee’s business.
The councillor says he’s since spoken to Woolworths and Coles, urging them to act.
