Nimbin’s 21st Mardigrass festival will roll into town in just two weeks time, but this year the party will kick off at a brand new venue in the centre of town.
The arena has been designed specifically to cater for the Hemp Olympics and its feature event, the ‘bong throw and yell.’
The two day celebration is a protest calling on the federal government to legalise the use of marijuana.
