A 71-year old woman was dragged several metres when a man stole her handbag in Moree over the weekend.
At midday on Saturday, the woman was walking along Alice Street with her sister and friend when the man grabbed her bag.
He is described as Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, 20-30 years-old, slim to medium build, 165cm tall, with short dark hair and facial hair.
