Supreme Court judge will decide if former fugitive Malcolm Naden is mentally fit to stand trial.
Naden appeared in the New South Wales Supreme Court in Sydney today, where Justice Megan Latham set the matter down for a two day fitness hearing in March.
The 39 year-old is facing a string of charges, including the murder of Kristy Scholes and his cousin Lateesha Nolan.
Naden was arrested and charged last year near Gloucester, ending seven years of life on the run.
