A Robina man has been left with nothing, after fire destroyed his home last night.
It started in a rear bedroom of the Frankston Court house, and spread quickly through the roof.
Neighbours tried to put it out with garden hoses, but the blaze was too fierce.
“The roof was collapsing and we’ve had pretty much a full collapse of the roof internally”
Fire-fighters also had to deal with recently intalled solar panals, with fears they could be live.
It’s believed a candle is to blame.
