A 43-year-old Narrabri woman is fighting for life in Sydney’s Saint George hospital after being found lying on the road in Peele Street last night with serious head injuries.
Police and paramedics were called to the scene at 10 o’clock after a neighbour called for help.
A 39-year-old man is assisting police with investigations.
