TIBETAN MONKS VISIT LISMORE
Four Tibetan Monks are in Lismore this week, to create a traditional ‘mandala’.
The two-dimensional representation involves expertly and patiently placing coloured sand into an intricate design for the Buddha of healing.
The Monks will spend a week creating the work, before releasing it into the river.
“It signifys impermance, impermance of everything and also signifys loss of attachment, lack of attachment, big lessons for all of us too”
They’re hoping to raise money to build a new temple in Tibet.

I like this article and am very supportive of the Tibetan people. I noticed there are two spelling mistakes in the article. It should be SIGNIFY and IMPERMANENCE.
