BRISBANE ROAR LOUDEST IN W-LEAGUE AGAINST NEWCASTLE

The Jets women’s side has suffered a heartbreaking 3-2 loss to Brisbane in the W-League.

The Jets hit the front as Emily van Egmond teed up Tori Huster for the opener.
Newcastle could’ve gone further in front, as Van Egmond forced a brilliant save.
The Roar began to build momentum after the break and soon they were level thanks to Amy Chapman.
When captain Hayley Crawford gave away a penalty, Emily Gielnik stepped up to put the visitors in front.
