Gold Coast jockey Scott Galloway and his partner Lisa have set up a Facebook page to commemorate the life of their 18-month old boy.
Emotional tributes are flowing for Charlie, who was killed in a terrible accident yesterday.
Police believe, a family friend struck the boy with her car when she drove into her Hope Island garage, unaware he was playing inside.
On Facebook, his parents wrote this message.
“Rest in pure peace and harmony our baby boy. Forever in our hearts and every thought. Love From Mummy and Daddy and your Family.”
